Summary: NutCracker Tools has no user-account system. Basic settings and recent activity are kept on your device. Connected features use Google Firebase, and the app may show Google Mobile Ads after the applicable consent process. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
1. Overview and scope
Nutcx (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides NutCracker Tools, Android package com.nutcx.tools, and this companion website. This policy explains what information is processed, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
The app does not create user profiles or ask for your name, email address, precise location, contacts, financial information, or biometric information.

Our custom analytics events are designed not to include free-form content, credentials, or authentication tokens. Firebase may process standard app, device, network, and installation information under Google’s documentation and settings.
This website does not use website analytics, ad pixels, account cookies, or a form backend. GitHub Pages may process standard request information for hosting, security, and abuse prevention. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, Firebase Installations, and optional Cloud Messaging.
- Google advertising services: AdMob/Google Mobile Ads, User Messaging Platform, and related advertising partners.
- Connected services: External APIs and content-delivery providers used by connected app features.
- Website hosting: GitHub Pages.
These providers may receive the information needed to provide their services, along with standard technical details such as IP address, device or browser type, language, and timestamps. Their own privacy policies also apply.

4. Advertising and consent
NutCracker Tools may show banner, interstitial, and app-open ads. The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent where required before Google Mobile Ads begins requesting ads.
Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical delivery. Where available, you can review your ad-privacy choices from the app’s Settings. See Google’s AdMob privacy guidance.
5. Retention and choices
App settings and recent activity remain on your device until you change them, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Website preferences remain in your browser until you clear this site’s data.
Google and GitHub apply their own retention periods to information they process. You can change notification and available ad-privacy choices in the app, use Google’s privacy controls, and clear app or website data through your device or browser settings.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
For privacy questions, use the project issue tracker. Do not post personal information, device identifiers, or credentials publicly; ask for a private follow-up.
7. Children’s privacy
NutCracker Tools is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us using the method in Section 9.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable platform and service-provider safeguards, but no method of processing or transmission is completely secure.
Google, GitHub, and other connected service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their terms, safeguards, and applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, website, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy controls change. We will revise the effective date when we do.
